1) Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tour, travel, transport, accommodation and allied services (collectively, “Services”) offered by GB Enterprises (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, paying any amount, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Scope & Definitions

  • Guest/You: The person who makes a booking or uses our Services, and all members of the travelling party.
  • Package: A curated itinerary that may include transport, stays, activities, entry tickets, and guide services.
  • Third-Party: Hotels, transporters, guides, attractions, event organizers and any external suppliers engaged by us.

3) Booking & Confirmation

  1. Enquiry/Quote: Prices are indicative until availability is reconfirmed.
  2. Advance: A non-refundable advance (typically 25–50%) is required to block cabs/hotels/permits. Balance is due as communicated in your proposal or invoice.
  3. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance and written confirmation from us.
  4. Documents: You must provide accurate traveller details (ID proof, age, special requirements, etc.).

4) Pricing & Inclusions

Unless specifically mentioned in your proposal/voucher, package prices generally include:

  • Private vehicle as per selected category (Sedan/SUV/TT/Coach) with driver and fuel for the stated itinerary.
  • Hotel category and meal plan as stated (e.g., CP/ MAP / AP) — if included.
  • Applicable GST if expressly stated on the invoice.

Unless specified otherwise, the following are excluded:

  • Monument/park entry tickets, boating, safaris, guide charges, and activity fees.
  • Tolls, parking, inter-state taxes, night charges, driver’s allowance (if not expressly included).
  • Early check-in/late check-out, room heaters, minibar, laundry and personal expenses.

Note: Dynamic price changes can occur due to fuel revision, government levies, surge demand, or supplier updates. We will notify you of material changes prior to final balance payment.

5) Payments

  • Payment modes accepted: UPI/IMPS/NEFT/cards per invoice instructions.
  • All payments must reference the invoice/booking ID shared by GB Enterprises.
  • Bookings may be released if payments are delayed beyond the due date.

6) Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be shared by email to gbtourtravel@gmail.com. The following standard policy applies unless your proposal/invoice states otherwise:

  • ≥ 15 days before travel: 80% refund of amounts paid (excluding non-refundable components).
  • 8–14 days: 50% refund.
  • 4–7 days: 25% refund.
  • ≤ 3 days / No-Show: No refund.

Hotel/airline/permit/safari tickets may be fully non-refundable per supplier rules. Refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment source within 7–14 working days after receiving refunds from suppliers.

7) Changes / Re-Scheduling

  • Post-confirmation changes are subject to availability and applicable difference in fares/taxes.
  • Route or timing adjustments due to traffic, weather, strikes, local restrictions or safety advisories may occur. Reasonable alternatives will be proposed.

8) Transport (Cabs/Coach)

  • Vehicle category is as booked; exact model may vary in the same segment. A/C may be less effective in hilly regions.
  • Usage is limited to the itinerary or per-day km/hour slab agreed. Extra usage is chargeable as per rate card.
  • Driver duty hours align with local regulations; night driving on unsafe stretches may be avoided in guest interest.
  • Any damages or cleaning required due to guest actions may be chargeable.

9) Hotels & Stays

  • Hotel names are indicative until voucher issuance. Equivalent category alternatives may be provided in high season.
  • Standard check-in/out times apply; early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
  • Room allocation (bed types, view, floor) is at hotel’s discretion.

10) Activities, Wildlife & Temple Darshan

  • Boating/safari/permit slots (e.g., Chilika/Bhitarkanika/Similipal) are controlled by authorities; availability is not guaranteed.
  • Temple darshan assistance is as per local norms; queues and timings are controlled by temple administration.
  • Dress codes, prohibited items and conduct rules must be followed at religious/heritage sites.

11) Guest Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate traveller details; carry valid ID proofs and permits where required.
  • Comply with local laws, respect culture and environment; avoid littering and prohibited activities.
  • Inform us of medical conditions, mobility constraints, or special assistance needs at booking time.

12) Safety, Health & Insurance

  • We recommend comprehensive travel insurance (medical, baggage, trip cancellation) purchased by you.
  • Adventure/water activities carry inherent risks; participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
  • Follow guide/driver instructions for your safety.

13) Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure/delay due to events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural calamities, epidemics, strikes, riots, government orders, road closures, or extreme weather. In such cases, refunds/reschedules are subject to supplier policies and actual recoveries.

14) Liability

  • GB Enterprises acts as a facilitator between you and third-party suppliers. We are not liable for acts/omissions of hotels, transporters, airlines, or authorities.
  • Our aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount received from you for the affected component.
  • No liability for loss of enjoyment, loss of time, indirect or consequential damages.

15) Privacy

Your personal data is used to process bookings, service your trip and comply with law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

16) Intellectual Property

Site content, itineraries, text, images and logos are owned by or licensed to GB Enterprises. Do not reproduce or use commercially without prior written consent.

17) Reviews & Testimonials

By submitting reviews, photos or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use them in marketing in any media, with or without attribution, unless you expressly opt out in writing.

18) Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.

19) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution by written notice within 15 days before approaching courts/authorities.

20) Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of booking shall apply to that booking. Continued use of Services after changes indicates acceptance.
